If you are taking workshops: you must arrive 12th May at 8:30 am.
If you are not taking a workshop, you must arrive any time May 12th before 18pm for check-in.

All participants and staff are invited. If observers (spouse, companion, assistant, etc.) wish to join, they will need to contribute 20€.
