NewMa Asia Massage Championship 2026

私は日本からJuryとして NewMa Asia Massage Championship 2026 に参加しました。

From a Jury perspective, NewMa Asia is much more than a competition. It is a place where therapists can grow, learn, connect, and discover new possibilities.

What impressed me most was the diversity within Asia itself. Therapists from different countries brought different techniques, different philosophies, different styles, and different ways of caring for clients. Watching them challenged many of my assumptions and expanded my understanding of massage.

One of the strengths of NewMa is that there are many opportunities to be recognized. Besides medals, there are Special Mention Awards for Empathy, Innovation, and Table Setup. There are also New Talent Awards and International Awards.

This means participants are not only evaluated for technical skills. Client care, creativity, professionalism, presentation, and the overall experience are also recognized. Many of the things therapists do every day in their clinics and salons can become strengths in competition.

I also appreciate the Feedback Jury system, which gives participants the opportunity to learn directly from experienced judges after the competition.

I was happy to see many competitors from Japan receive medals and awards. It reminded me that Japanese therapists have much to contribute to the international community.

What makes NewMa Asia especially valuable is the diversity within Asia itself. By watching others and sharing our own work, we can better understand where we come from and what makes our own style unique.

I believe NewMa Asia is not only a championship, but also a place where Asian therapists can learn from each other, inspire each other, and take pride in what they do.

For therapists who are interested in international competitions, NewMa Asia is a wonderful place to start. It is close, welcoming, educational, and inspiring.

このNewMaの大会は、技術だけではなく、接客、お客様への配慮、施術の見せ方、空間づくりなど、普段サロンで積み重ねていることも評価の対象になります。そのため、多くの参加者に受賞のチャンスがあります。さらに Feedback Jury の仕組みもあり、大会後には経験豊富な審査員から直接アドバイスを得ることができます。

I joined NewMa Euro Massage Championship 2026 in Paris as a Jury member from Japan.

What impressed me most was that NewMa is designed not only to rank competitors, but to help them grow.

As a Jury member, I appreciated the strong commitment to fairness. Jury members cannot discuss scores during judging, every score must be justified, and the entire system is designed to maintain transparency and integrity.

I was also impressed by the Feedback Jury system. Participants have the opportunity to ask questions, receive guidance, and continue learning after the competition. This creates an environment where growth is valued just as much as results.

Another thing I love about NewMa is that there are many ways to be recognized. In addition to medals, participants can receive Special Mention Awards for Empathy, Innovation, and Table Setup. There are also awards for newer therapists, international participants, and team leaders. This creates opportunities for many different strengths to be seen and appreciated.

I also enjoyed the Reverse Championship activity, where judges became participants and participants became judges. It gave everyone a chance to better understand the judging process and what judges are actually looking for. I believe this kind of educational and innovative activity reflects the true spirit of NewMa.

The atmosphere was welcoming, international, and inspiring. I learned a lot from participants, teachers, organizers, and fellow judges from around the world.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for this incredible event that you create for the massage community and for everyone who truly lives and breathes this profession.

I can only imagine how much work, dedication, and effort stand behind such an event. But what makes it truly special is that it is created with heart. You can feel it in every detail, every meeting, every smile, and every moment shared during the championship.

I had the pleasure of attending the event in Nice, and now again this year, and once again I am leaving with unforgettable memories, wonderful emotions, and renewed inspiration for my professional journey.

First time for me at the European massage championship. It was well organized, the masterclass was excellent ad every person im the organization was so nice. From the juges to the flow leaders and feedback coach everyone was perfect.
