I love massage because, to me, it is much more than a technique, it is a form of deep and mindful care.
I have been working in this field for 15 years, and as a physiotherapist as well, I have learned to see the body beyond pain. I see stories stored in tense shoulders, in heavy backs, in the stiffness of those who carry the world in their own hands. Massage allows me to touch those stories with respect, relieve discomfort, and give people back something they often lose; the feeling of well-being in their own bodies.
I love helping people. I love seeing someone arrive tired, anxious, overwhelmed… and leave feeling lighter, breathing better, with a calm expression. I love knowing that through my hands, I can reduce pain, improve mobility, promote relaxation, and even support emotional health.
Massage is connection. It is presence. It is listening without words.
And after 15 years, I am still passionate because every session is unique. Every person is different. Every body responds in its own way. In each session, there is an opportunity to help someone feel better, more relaxed, and truly cared for.
For me, this is not just a job, it is a purpose.
