Deep and Stretch massage combined techniques

 I invite you to perfect yourself and discover a variety of massage techniques, which can be integrated into a diverse range of therapies.

 You will learn a special deep tissue massage technique, key points on the body that are sensitive and painful (trigger points), Thai-style stretching techniques, body mechanics and posture during the massage. Deep tissue massage targets the deep layers of muscle and connective tissue. The massage therapist uses slower movements or rubbing techniques over the grain of the muscle. Deep tissue massage is used for chronically tight or sore muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury.

 The benefits of stretching: muscle and mental relaxation; reducing muscle tension and pain; improves blood circulation; increases joint and joint mobility; increases physical performance; increases the effectiveness of long-term training; improves body posture; improves cardiac activity; reduces the risk of injury; helps release stress; improves coordination by streamlining movement execution; reduces back pain.
