  • Introduction to Gua Sha natural facelift, history and description, preparation of the tools, small analysis anatomy of the face, 15 mn
  • Phase (1). Demonstration and  detox of Japanese techniques before Gua Sha- how to warm up the face tissue, acupressure points, theory, properties of the face – 15 mn
  • The practice of phase (1) – 15 mn
  • Switchover of the students -5 mn
  • The practice of phase (1) -15 mn
  • Phase (2). Demonstration full face facial lifting technique, how to use the tools – 10m
  • The Practice of phase (2) facial lifting- 40 mn
  • Break -10 mn
  • Switchover of the students -5 mn
  • The Practice of phase (2) facial lifting- 40 mn
  • Closing of the therapy with medical contraindications, general information, benefits of the treatment, questions, diploma awarding. 10mn

Equipment you must bring

For this workshop, you will need a specific Gua-Sha fish shape stick,  a pair of 2 pieces!
If you do not have the specific pair with you, Konstantina will provide them and you can buy in the course.

 - When you register you will choose 2 categories. They can be the same or different.

🌍 There is no more separate International Category
International participants will be in the same categories with all other participants.
For the medals: the top 3 international participants – from all categories – will get 1 trophy and 3 medals.
For the final: the gold will participate for demonstration purposes, but cannot win the title of “Best European Massage”
