Polish with a home in Norway, physiotherapist by profession, massage therapist by passion since 2013. I specialize in reducing chronic pain and stress. My deep and nurturing massages are shaped by deep tissue techniques and the flow of Ayurvedic and Lomi Lomi approaches. I also use cupping, dry needling and IASTM techniques in my practise. All to help my clients discover the body’s natural ability to heal, recover and to enchance the mind-body awareness.
I’m the golden medalist of The Norwegian Massage Championship 2021′ in category medical massage. In 2022, I challenged myself by participating in both the European Massage Championship in France and the World Championship in Denmark. Although I didn’t win any medals, I gained tons of inspiration from the world of massage, which truly helped me grow as a therapist. I opened my own massage studio and became certified Sarga bodywork practitioner. Let’s see what will happen after this years championship :)
