It was overwhelming to see the amazing amount of talent that was displayed at this event. I’ve been in the industry for 48 years and I have never been so proud to have been part of an organization to help. Therapist excel and achieve their goals. I am truly blessed and honored to have had this experience. The collaboration over competition was awesome. Everyone coming together to assist each other cheering them on and all that happened was you would either win learn or grow. Bravo everyone can’t wait for next time!!

There were nine of us Canadians attending the European Championship, not really knowing what to expect. This year, I had the chance and honor of being named Team Leader of Team Canada — a role I took to heart for the good of my team.
Julien and the rest of the organizing team welcomed us with open arms. I felt immense pride in representing our country, and more importantly, I truly felt that we were welcome, despite being from outside Europe.
The masterclasses were of excellent quality sometimes serious, sometimes light-hearted — always within a spirit of learning and sharing. There was a warm and enriching atmosphere among all participants.
The international division was well represented, and I’m convinced that next year, even more countries will join. There were a few adjustments needed along the way, but thanks to the organizers’ attentive listening, everything was quickly resolved. This promises an even better edition in the years to come.
Thank you for the warm welcome!
Team Canada is truly grateful for the space you gave us. And what can we say about the participants? Friendships, sharing, learning — and so much more.
See you soon, and long live the New Massage Association!

“The event was excellently organized, and everything ran smoothly. Although the venue was slightly small due to the unexpectedly large number of attendees, the overall experience was fantastic. I truly enjoyed it and look forward to joining everyone again in the future.”
Never in a million years did I believe I would be competing in massage at the International level! Wow! Amazing! Meeting and networking with so many talented therapists from around the world was awe inspiring! Getting the second highest score in the Asian Traditions Category offering Ashiatsu was just icing on the cake! If only you offered 2nd and 3rd place recognition in the individual categories in International! I would be in heaven!!!! Thank you New Massage Association European Championships for the opportunity to bring Team America Massage and Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage to the forefront! Until next year! Cheers!
