Negli anni ho raccolto tecniche, esperienze e intuizioni: manovre profonde, rituali olistici, strumenti antichi e moderni. Dal Thai stretching al kobido, dal gua sha alle pietre calde, dalla coppettazione all’impronta ayurvedica… ogni gesto appreso è diventato un linguaggio del cuore.
Da due anni ho aperto il mio studio ad Albenga, un luogo intimo dove il tempo si sospende e ogni trattamento diventa un incontro autentico.
Creo percorsi su misura, che non si limitano a trattare la pelle, ma accompagnano la persona a ritrovarsi, a respirare, a sentirsi intera.
Partecipo al Campionato Europeo per la prima volta, con gratitudine e meraviglia, portando con me mani, mente e anima — per raccontare, attraverso il tocco, ciò che le parole non dicono.

Over time, I’ve gathered techniques, experiences, and intuitions: deep manual work, holistic rituals, ancient and modern tools. From Thai stretching to kobido, gua sha to hot stones, cupping to Ayurvedic inspiration — every method I’ve explored has become part of a language of the heart.
Two years ago, I opened my studio in Albenga, a quiet space where time slows down and every treatment becomes a true encounter.
I create personalized rituals that go beyond the surface of the skin — guiding each person back to themselves, to their breath, to wholeness.
