The most important thing is to enjoy every moment of your life. My profession is to help people with massage. That is all that matters. You have to find the aim of your life in your profession.
Functional Massage by Edina Leichter Based on the normal functional movement patterns, during functional massage we work in body quadrants along the course of myofascial structures and muscle chains. In every case we take into account the changes of the body posture and alignments and look for the source of the problem, which can be found usually along the muscle chain on the opposite side of the body. Therefore, the solution to the problem is usually working on the whole body with different techniques such as relaxing, stimulating and stretching in order to regain the normal muscle function. The most important thing is the functional approach during the whole treatment. The dynamic mobilization techniques of the body parts must follow the functional movements of the specific body parts as well as the massage. My own special invention is the treatment of the C7 cervicothoracic flexion contracture which can be feasible for both the wellness and medical professionals.
