I am a yoga teacher, musician and massage therapist from Poland. I run the massage studio Shanti Therapy Center in Warsaw – a place that combines the wisdom of ancient Eastern systems with modernist knowledge derived from the experience of the West. Since I started to learn the art of massage I was very passionate about Eastern philosophy and approach. Massage is not just touch and work with tissue – it is primarily presence, engagement in another person and accompanying them on their life path.
Combining yoga and manual techniques I help the people I work with to harmonize their minds, stabilize emotions, regulate the body and strengthen the awareness of the spirit.
I am a musician and teacher by academic education and currently I develop my competences by studying clinical psychology to be able to work more effectively.
