A former athlete and professional figure skater, I have built my career around movement, performance and a deep understanding of the body. After completing my professional qualifications in London and further advanced training in Asia, I went on to become a certified Massage Therapist and have now been practising for over ten years. I am also a figure skating coach, maintaining a lifelong connection with movement, precision and body awareness.
As a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and the Fédération Française de Massage Bien-Être, I believe strongly in the power of touch as a form of communication and in its ability to create a profound connection between body and mind. My holistic approach is centred on restoring balance and supporting homeostasis, drawing on both European and Asian techniques alongside an in-depth understanding of international luxury hospitality standards, including LQA and Forbes.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most respected names in luxury hospitality, including Four Seasons, Aman, The Connaught – Maybourne Group and Baglioni. I am currently Treatment Manager at Villa La Coste, a five-star Palace hotel in Provence awarded three Michelin Keys. I specialise in highly personalised massage and facial treatments, while also training and supporting therapists in developing their technical expertise, professional approach and the exceptional standards of service expected within luxury hospitality.
As an IMA-certified Massage Teacher and a judge for NewMa and WMF, I am equally committed to education and the continued development of professional standards within the massage industry. Since 2022, I have served as a judge at national and European championships and was also part of the judging panel at a World Championship in 2024.
Across my roles as Treatment Manager, Massage Therapist, trainer and judge, I remain guided by the same philosophy: to combine technical mastery, quality of touch, personalisation and excellence in service to create an experience that is genuinely tailored to each individual.
