What you will learn
Modern bodies are shaped by sedentariness, screens, stress, and postural collapse. Static techniques and long effleurage are often not enough anymore.
In this workshop, you will discover how conscious, connected movement can become a powerful therapeutic tool to restore mobility, vitality, and nervous system regulation.
Based on the TAB Method (Thai Stretching & Postural Bodywork), this class will expand your manual vocabulary through intelligent use of rhythm, oscillations, recoil, and dynamic mobilizations.
You will learn how to work deeper without forcing, reduce pain sensitivity, and bring confidence back into movement for your clients.
Movement is not just technique — it is medicine for the tissues, the nervous system, and the whole body.
Additional Learning Outcomes:
• How to initiate movement from the center (Hara) and body weight
• How to work deeper without using excessive force
• How to calm the nervous system through movement-based techniques
• How to find the unique “music of the body” and adapt your rhythm
• How to reduce pain sensitivity through intelligent movement
• How to improve mobility, vitality, and tissue responsiveness
• How to integrate movement into both relaxing and sports massage sessions
Hands-on practice on different body areas with real therapeutic applications.
Program
The 10 Movement Techniques You Will Learn:
1. Harmonic Movements
Using rhythm and fluid oscillations to relax tissues and enhance body awareness.
2. Recoil (Compression–Release)
Applying compression followed by a quick release to stimulate fascial and neuromuscular response.
3. Dynamic Tensegrity system with the body as a connected system rather than isolated muscles.
4. Oscillations
Gentle repetitive micro-movements to reduce stiffness and improve tissue hydration.
5. Vibrations & Pendulum Techniques
Regulating the nervous system and promoting deep relaxation through rhythmic input.
6. Rocking Techniques
Using continuous movement to calm the nervous system and create global myofascial release.
7. Random Suspensions
Unexpected directional changes to stimulate proprioception and reduce protective tension.
8. Rhythmic Acupressure
Combining pressure and rhythm to release myofascial tension without force.
9. Dynamic Torsions
Safe rotational movements to restore mobility and functional range of motion.
10. Joint Mobilizations Through Movement
Lubricating joints and restoring natural mobility using conscious, connected motion.
