Isabelle Jan

Integrative Therapist • International Trainer • Wellness Curator

I am an integrative therapist and international teacher-trainer with over 18 years of experience in the fields of wellness, health, and therapeutic massage.
It is a privilege to be a jury member for the 4 fourth time with New Massage Association.

My journey began with nursing studies, providing me with a strong medical foundation before naturally expanding into preventive and holistic approaches, including massage therapy, relaxation, breathwork, and integrative nutrition. Very early on, I felt called toward a more integrative and preventive vision of health. At the age of 20, I offered my first massages to individuals facing serious illness, including cancer, an experience that deeply shaped my understanding of touch as both therapeutic and profoundly human.

Today, I work as an integrative therapist and international teacher-trainer, specialized in:
• Therapeutic and wellness massage
• Preventive health and relaxation methods ( sophrology )
• Nutritional support
• Intuitive life coaching
• High-level athlete support
I have accompanied French high-level athletes, including world record holders, helping them optimize recovery, body awareness, and performance through tailored bodywork protocols.

For more than a decade, I have worked internationally as a trainer and therapist, collaborating with prestigious brands and luxury hospitality groups. I have trained over one hundred massage therapists across Europe and beyond, sharing refined techniques rooted in presence, anatomy, and intuitive awareness.

I am also the creator of a specialized training module in The Art of Touch and Psychocorporal Approach to Massage, a program designed to deepen therapists’ sensitivity, embodied presence, and understanding of the emotional and relational dimensions of touch. This work integrates anatomy, subtle perception, and psycho-body awareness, offering a more conscious and transformative practice of massage.

My collaborations include serving as an international trainer for L’Occitane en Provence, working as a massage therapist in luxury hotels from New Zealand to Bali, and designing bespoke wellness protocols for five-star properties including 5 starts Hotel La Fontanelle in Tuscany.

Private Practice
Since 2008, I have maintained a private practice in the South of France, offering in-person and remote sessions that blend therapeutic massage, integrative nutrition, relaxation techniques, and intuitive coaching. My sessions combine multiple modalities and tools, adapted to each individual. My approach is both structured and intuitive, rooted in anatomy and physiology, yet guided by presence, listening, and subtle perception.

I am also an author and poet. My articles on wellness, healing, and embodiment have been published in magazines.

Massage, for me, is human connection. It is a way to return home to the body.
It nurtures our relationship with ourselves and others. I believe massage is a bridge back to the body a space where connection, awareness and vitality are restored. Through touch, we remember how to feel and be in our body.
