3-Hour Demonstration and Learning-by-Doing Workshop
Theme: Deepening Integration Through the Lower Body and Core Fascial Networks
This independent session continues the exploration of Western and Eastern soft-tissue techniques, applying the Interflow Method to deeper fascial connections and lower-body integration. While the Morning Session focuses more on upper-body and torso chains, this session complements it by addressing core and lower-limb fascial pathways.
Learning Highlights
- Applying myofascial principles to enhance posture, coordination, and energy flow.
- Integrating deep tissue, sports massage, Thai-inspired, and yoga-assisted stretches for comprehensive lower-body release.
- Developing the ability to transition between dry and wax-based soft-tissue work with precision and flow.
Focus Areas
- Diagonal Latissimus Dorsi–Gluteus Muscle Chain
- Foot Arch–Adductors–Pelvic Floor Chain
- Fascia Lata – The Fascia of the Thigh
- Plantar Fascia–Heel Pad–Achilles Tendon Chain
Methodological Approach
- Fusion of Therapeutic Techniques
- Segmented, Structured Approach
- Initial Palpation and Assessment
- Joint Mobilization
- Pre-Stretching and Breathing Techniques
- Gradual Stretching Sequences
- Soft-Tissue and Muscle Release
- Advanced Sports & Deep Tissue Massage Techniques
- Body Awareness and Mechanics
- Assisted Yoga Stretches
Bridging Eastern and Western Limitations
- Western methods focus on precise anatomy and addressing muscular tension.
- Eastern methods highlight energetic connection, flexibility, and flow.
By blending these modalities, the practitioner enhances both physical effectiveness and energetic balance, fostering a more complete therapeutic outcome.

Note on Workshop Structure
- Each workshop (Morning and Afternoon) is independent — participants may attend either one on its own.
- When taken together, they complement each other, offering a full-body, integrative experience that unites upper and lower myofascial systems within the Interflow Method framework.
